Attorney Bio
Adam is a litigator who practices in California and Montana. Adam is also a licensed patent attorney registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. His primary practice concentration is in the areas of intellectual property law, business law, and civil litigation. Other areas of law include personal injury, construction law, consumer protection, business contracts, franchise law, and collections. Adam has also handled entertainment law litigation and arbitration in California, Oregon and Montana.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Adam worked as a civil engineer where he designed and planned residential and commercial land development projects. In college, Adam studied Physics with an emphasis in microelectronics and a Math minor. Adam often relies upon his physics and engineering background in his intellectual property work and to identify qualified experts for litigation.
Much of Adam’s youth was spent on his family farm where he developed his gardening skills and a love of the outdoors from lessons taught to him by his father and grandfather. Adam helped his family tend the vegetable garden, 50 acres of feed crops, and wood harvesting in the forest. Adam is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hiking, surfing, swimming, snowboarding, hunting, fishing, boating, gardening and more, often with his Chesapeake Retriever by his side.
In June of 2015, Adam and his family relocated to the beautiful Gallatin Valley of Montana. In addition to his Montana practice, Adam continues to practice law in the state of California.
